OUR MISSION:

Serenity Pathways Foundation is dedicated to empowering foster young women, ages 17-23, by providing transitional housing, educational resources, and comprehensive training programs. Our mission is to equip these young women with the skills and knowledge needed to overcome generational trauma, build financial independence, and become self-sufficient leaders in their communities. Through mentorship, real estate education, and life skills development, we are committed to guiding each participant towards a brighter, more resilient future.

VISION:

To create a world where foster youth, particularly young women, have the resources, education, and support they need to break free from the cycle of trauma and achieve lasting success. Serenity Pathways Foundation envisions a future where every young woman is empowered to build her own path to independence, prosperity, and self-sufficiency, becoming a confident and capable leader in her community.

A Woman of Faith, Purpose & Legacy

Tinna Bellamy is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, author, and real estate professional who has turned her life journey into a mission of hope. She founded Serenity Pathways Foundation with one goal in mind: to help young people—especially those aging out of foster care—build stable, purpose-driven lives filled with opportunity, support, and healing.

Her Story

Tinna was raised in a small town, where her life was shaped by both adversity, love, and the strength of her family. Though her parents weren’t always present, she was lovingly raised by her grandmother and supported by other relatives. Even with that love, she understood the weight of growing up with emotional gaps, uncertainty, and the pressure to figure life out early. Becoming a young mother during college only deepened her understanding of what it means to struggle while trying to succeed. But through faith, determination, and the grace of God, Tinna rose. Through all the highs and lows, Tinna leaned into her purpose and God’s promises. Today, she is a successful entrepreneur and a graduate with her master's degree in health administration. She's built a successful real estate career and committed her life to mentoring and empowering others. Her personal experiences—combined with her passion for generational change—inspired the creation of Serenity Pathways Foundation.

Why She Founded Serenity Pathways

Tinna didn’t create this foundation because she lacked support—but because she knows how rare and life-changing it can be. She knows the power of having someone believe in you--and the danger of what happens when no one does. She’s seen what happens when a young person has no one to turn to, no place to go, and no clear plan for the future. Her heart is especially drawn to young women aging out of foster care, who often face the world alone. She understands that a strong, stable support system is important during such a critical life transition. Serenity Pathways Foundation exists to be the bridge they need—offering not just housing, but healing. Not just resources, but relationships. Not just stability, but strategy. Her vision is to see every young adult transition with dignity, faith, and the tools to thrive.

“I know what it’s like to grow up in-between — to have love, but still feel the ache of what’s missing. I know what it’s like to push forward even when the road isn’t clear. And I also know the power of faith, community, and someone believing in you. Serenity Pathways Foundation is my way of pouring back into the world what was once poured into me — and offering what I wish every young person could have: a place to grow, a plan to succeed, and a people who truly care. If you’re reading this, I want you to know — your past doesn’t define your future. There is still time, still purpose, and still hope. I’m proof of that.”
