erenity Pathways Foundation bridges the gap between foster care and independent adulthood. We provide stable housing paired with daily structure, career pathways, and essential life skills for young adults aging out of the foster care system. By combining housing with structure and skill-building, we help young adults move from survival to stability.
Through consistent support, accountability, and real-world experience, our residents gain the confidence, stability, and tools needed to build self-sufficient futures. From housing and mentorship to workforce readiness and personal development, Serenity Pathways creates an environment where young adults can heal, grow, and move forward with purpose.

Young adults aging out of foster care face overwhelming odds. At 18, they’re suddenly on their own—without family support, financial resources, or life skills. Many end up homeless, incarcerated, or trapped in poverty. Serenity Pathways changes that trajectory.

“Serenity Pathways helped me navigate the transition into adulthood and empowered me to build a strong, purpose-driven future. Growing up, I didn’t always have a clear direction, but this program gave me exactly what I needed during my transition into adulthood — mentorship, structure, and real-life skills.
Through budgeting coaching, life-skills training, and hands-on exposure to real estate investing, I learned how to take control of my finances and my future. With the guidance of the Serenity Pathways team, I purchased my first investment property at 21 years old while still in college and lived in it while renting out rooms for income — all while working part-time and continuing my education.
The consistent communication, encouragement, and accountability helped me stay focused during one of the most important seasons of my life. Today, I’m a college graduate, working as a social worker, and a proud rental property owner. I’m now a volunteer and a listing ear for other youth in the program.
